We use many different products. Because we are not a franchise, we are not required to use a particular franchise dictated product. The majority of our products come from Sherwin Williams but we use many different products based on your particular need. Franchises will typically require the same product for every job in every part of the country. We see that as potentially problematic. We have products with extraordinary tensile strength for forklift traffic. We have products that are designed for moisture sensitivity. We have products that are designed for oil saturated concrete. We have products that are designed for electrostatic dissipation. We have a product that can be flexed 360 degrees without breaking.
We typically take a day and a half to install your floor. Although it would be more profitable to install your floor in one day, we like to take the extra time to allow our product to penetrate (wet out) into the pores of the concrete to assure the best possible adhesion. We use a penetrating primer on every application and that extra step typically takes us into a second day. More time, but superior adhesion which allows us to offer the best warranty available.
Generally you can walk on your new floor within 4 hours in most cases and drive on it the next day. Drying times may vary depending on the customer needs and the products chosen for the customized project.
