Our Story

Ultimate Concrete Coatings

is a non franchised, local, Idaho family owned business. We provide exceptional concrete coatings and services to homeowners and businesses. Established in early 2007, we are time tested and have proven ourselves to be the premier installer in our area. Our knowledge and experience is evident in every installation that we perform. We are grateful for the opportunity we have had to begin and grow our business in this fantastic area where we have installed over 2 million square feet of interior and exterior coatings.

Because we continually strive to remain on the cutting edge of product technology, we are able to offer a wide range of products and installation techniques to meet each customer’s unique project needs.

Our Process

All of our projects begin with the diamond grinding process. This is the most important component of the preparation of your concrete to receive its new coating. Diamond grinders are very expensive and are usually what separates the professional from nonprofessional installers. The "cleaning systems" sold by the box stores and even acid etching is very cost effective but will typically lead to "hot tire pickup". This is where the coating will come off the floor where the tires of your vehicle rests. Our grinding machines are operated with pro grade vacuums attached to ensure a clean operation.

We apply only commercial grade polyureas, polyaspartic, urethanes, epoxies and related products to ensure a long lasting resilient floor coating. Our proven flooring systems, combined with well over 2 million square feet of specialty coatings experience, assures you professional results every time. Our hand-troweled, seamless floors are low maintenance and easy to clean.
